Sasha M. Sirisena-Green, Paralegal

sasha green headshotI grew up in Southern California where my devoted parents modeled the value of a strong work ethic. They inspired me to work hard and chase my dreams. After high school, I attended the University of California, Santa Cruz. It was there that I first fell in love with Northern California.

I met and married my sweet husband, Michael Green a few short years later. Michael works for a local non-profit and we have been together for over twenty years, chasing our dreams side by side, joined by our two pups, Otis and Winnie.

I am a member of the Society for Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and am pursuing publication for two middle grade books and three picture books. My love of the creative and of our local ecosystems has also drawn me to nature photography. I can’t stand in front of an ocean without snapping a photo.

I attended Monterey College of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree. I was selected by the Dean of my law school to serve as a Policy Research Fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy in Seaside, California. I was honored to be asked by the Institute to stay on as a Senior Fellow for an additional year. I hope to be able to live a life of service, as is the Institute’s philosophy.

I was further honored to be selected to participate in internships with the Monterey County Counsel, the Monterey County Public Defender’s Office, and the Monterey County Bar Association.

In 2011, I accepted a paralegal position with a local attorney, now retired, who specialized in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. It was there that I discovered my love for Estate Planning and Administration. I was later thrilled when a position became available at Krasa Law Inc. I have long admired this friendly and dedicated team of professionals. I am honored to work alongside such dynamic and passionate individuals, and I am honored to be of service to our clients.
